We Restore Hope
At Jawabu Rehabilitation Center, we identify children living with physical and developmental disabilities who have been left without the support they need.
Through partnerships with churches, local communities, hospitals, and foundations such as Safaricom and M-PESA Foundation, we mobilize the resources required to ensure every child receives therapy, mobility support, nutrition, education assistance, and a safe place to belong.
We don’t just find needs — we respond with dignity, compassion, and action.
We Provide Rehabilitation & Care
Our center offers holistic rehabilitation, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, mobility training, daily living skills, and emotional support for children with conditions such as cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, hydrocephalus, developmental delays, and other physical challenges.
With the newly constructed 144-bed dormitory, dining hall, and fully equipped physiotherapy room, children receive round-the-clock care, safe housing, nutritious meals, and continuous therapy — all in a nurturing, family-centered environment.
We Empower Through Education
We support children with disabilities in accessing education by providing school placement, learning assistance, therapy-supported learning programs, and close collaboration with parents and teachers.
Many of our children would otherwise miss out on school due to mobility and developmental barriers. Jawabu ensures they have the support, equipment, and confidence they need to learn, grow, and participate fully in society.
Education is not just a service — it is the bridge that connects our children to opportunity and independence.

Well wishers such as Safaricom have done an amazing job where they built a 144-bed capacity dormitory, fully equipped physiotherapy room, modern dining hall, Therapeutic equipment including spine therapy balls, static bicycles, adjustable parallel bars, and hospital bed screens Furniture, supplies, and assistive tools for caregivers and therapy work.
